During this time, commissioners are welcome to submit a commission application form for a spot in the next month's queue.
Commissions are NOT first come, first served, instead they are chosen based on the applications that we receive.
If you would like to improve your chance of being selected, please make sure that you supply:

YOU MUST BE OVER 18 TO APPLY FOR A COMMISSION! If we have reason to believe that you are not 18+, we reserve the right to refuse service.

Payments are taken via an invoice that will be sent to your email. The requirements for paying are a working contact email and a valid debit or credit card.
We require full payment up-front if you are chosen for a commission slot. If you are chosen, you will receive an invoice alongside an email informing you of your selection. We require invoice payment within 48 hours, unless otherwise stated.
If you are chosen and cannot make the payment in the initial 48 hour period, please contact us and we can work out a payment period that will work for you, as long as it is made before the 1st of the following month. If you cannot make the payment by the 1st of the following month, you will be removed from the queue and the invoice will be cancelled.

Commission Queue
If you have been selected for the queue and have paid your invoice, you will be able to find updated information about your commission on our public Trello queue and calendar, available HERE.
Updates to your commission (including sketching, inking, coloring and finishing progress) will be made to the Trello queue as they are completed. You can also check to see the date that you can expect to see the initial Work in Progress (WIP) and your finalized commission.
We do our very best to stick to the dates assigned for commission work. If we are unable to complete WIPs or finalized commissions by the date assigned, you will be notified as soon as possible of the change.
The Trello queue is kept public and updated to the best of our ability - you are welcome to check on your commission status at any time.

Work in Progress Updates
All commissions come with a Work in Progress. WIPs are sent out after initial sketches are complete to allow the commissioner to confirm that the art is correct before work is continued on your piece.
Please do not publicly post WIPs - they are intended to serve as a way to improve the final art and to better align our ideas to that of the commissioner. All WIPs come with a large watermark to prevent posting or use of the sketch.
After you receive the WIP update, you may request edits to the art. Minor edits (limb positioning, facial expression, etc) will be done for free, as well as anything that we may have missed from the information you have provided. Any major edits (redrawing a large portion of the image or edits based on information not included in the initial application) will come with a small fee based on the time it will take to complete the edits. This fee must be paid before edits are made!
If you request substantial edits, we may elect to send a second WIP for confirmation. If you have requested any amount of edits, you may request that we send a second WIP for confirmation as well.
Any edits requested that fall under "style" rather than technical details may be refused. Please be aware that as artists, our style shifts over time and we may refuse requests to replicate an earlier "style" or technique.
Once the WIP sketch is confirmed, we will supply the date that your commission will be finished by. If we have not received a response to the WIP email within 48 hours, we may need to proceed beyond the sketch phase.
You may request edits at any time after the WIP sketch is complete but before the commission is finalized, but please be aware of the stage your commission is at by checking the Trello queue HERE. Any edits requested after the WIP sketch is confirmed will be subject to the same rules as previous edits.

If you would like to either make significant edits to a completed piece, or would like us to make significant edits to a finished piece, please contact us! We are happy to negotiate changes to previously completed artwork (within reasonable limits) undertaken either by us (at a reasonably negotiated fee) or by yourself. Edits are limited to art completed within the last year.

If an edit involves details not provided in the initial application, a reasonable fee will be charged for the editing work. We retain the right to refuse edits to pieces in which we feel the edit would not be reasonable to make to a completed piece.
Any edits involving style conflicts or issues will be refused. Edits are limited to artwork completed within the last year.
