How do I commission you?
On our commission opening day (typically around the 21st of each month) We will have google forms posted for applicants to fill out. We announce the openings here, on Twitter, FurAffinity and our Telegram Channel.
How do you take payments?
We use invoices for all of our work. The invoice will be sent to your email and you can pay them with either a credit or debit card or a PP account.
How long do I have to pay for my commission once I've been accepted?
We send out invoices on the weekday following our commission opening. If you are accepted and receive an invoice, you will have until the 1st of the following month to complete your payment. If you cannot complete the payment before that date, your commission will be cancelled.
Can I get a price quote before I commission you?
You are free to email us at any time for a quote on a future commission. If you'd like a price quote, please supply detailed specific information about your commission! If you'd like a general price range for commissions, you can also check out our prices page.
I made the queue but cannot pay before the 1st of the next month. What do I do?
If circumstances arise that would limit your ability to pay the invoice when it is due, please email us so we can do our best to work out something with you. We do not start on commissions until payment is received in full.
I made the queue but I cannot pay. Can I cancel?
You are allowed to cancel your commission at any point. If you have paid for it but work has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund. If we have begun work on your commission, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. Unless contacted, we will cancel any invoices that go unpaid beyond the payment date and email the commissioner to inform them of the cancellation.
I can't afford a commission - do you take payment plans?
Sadly, we cannot take payment plans for commissions and require payment up front. If you are looking for a Telegram Sticker commission, we do take applications for sticker amounts under five.
Do you take requests?
As this is our full-time job, we do not have the resources to take requests.
Where can I find your commission queue?
Our public queue is available on Trello.
I'd like to reach out to discuss a commission idea before applying. How can I contact you?
We keep our work communication strictly to email. Please do not reach out through social media DM/PMs or through messenger clients.
I would like a commission but your site says that you're not open. Can I still commission you?
We do not take commissions outside of our opening day each month. We schedule our entire month (we work full time on art!) when we do our commission opening, and do not have any free days for taking commissions outside of those taken during our openings.
Are commissions slots guaranteed once I've filled out the application?
No, slots are not guaranteed and are not processed as first come, first served. We choose commissions after receiving all the applications and closing the forms. We receive a large amount of applications each month and generally can only accept between 25-35% of applications received.
How do you choose commissions?
We choose commissions based on a number of different criteria, most of which center around clarity and completeness of applications.
Things we consider when selecting applications:
We understand that English is not the first language of many commissioners and do our best to work around any grammar or spelling issues, and do not treat such issues as a negative when selecting commissions. If you believe there may be a language barrier issue when applying, please reach out to us!
Why do you not do first come, first served?
We receive too many forms every month to viably switch to a first come, first served model. When used in the past, first come, first served openings often only lasted for only 20-30 minutes (sometimes shorter!) and severely limited many people's ability to apply for commissions. We moved to the current method in an effort to be able to more accurately schedule out work for the month and to open commissions to a larger audience.
Why was my form rejected?
The majority of rejections are due to the limits of our schedule and the amount of applications received. We can generally only accept between 25-35% of commission applications we receive into each month's queue.
Other common reasons for rejections include missing information in the application, unusable reference images and topics or themes prohibited by our ToS.
If you'd like to know why the application was rejected, please reach out to us via email.
I filled out a form - how do I know if I made the queue or not?
All applicants will receive an email once the next month's queue has been selected. If you have not received an acceptance or rejection email, there is a chance that your email information was entered incorrectly by us or yourself. Please email us if you have questions about the status of your commission application.
When can I expect my commission will be done?
All commissions are completed in the month after they are taken. You can view the status of your commission through our public Trello queue. Once you have received and accepted your commissions WIP sketch, you will receive an exact completion date for your commission.
Why do all commissions come with a Work in Progress (WIP)?
We use WIPs for each commission as a way to improve commission quality and to reduce edits to finished pieces. We also believe it helps us more closely match your requests.
What are your work hours?
We work from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. EDT/EST to 6:00 p.m. EDT/EST. We generally take major US holidays off as well.
I emailed you about something, when can I expect a response?
We try to answer emails first thing in the morning and continue to respond during business hours any days we work, but do not respond to emails outside those times. If you've emailed us after work hours on Friday, we will not be able to respond until Tuesday.
I've DMed you on Twitter about commissions but didn't see a response.
Please directly email us, as we do not actively monitor DMs or other social media while we are working.
Where is the best place to get updates from you?
If you have a commission in the queue, we will email you with any updates. You are free to email us at any time with questions about your commission, or check your status in the Trello queue.
If you are looking for general updates, the best place to find them is on Twitter.
The subject I want isn't specifically listed in your TOS - will you draw it?
We handle these subjects on a case-by-base basis. Feel free to email us with any questions.
Where can I get links to the Telegram stickers you make?
I post links regularly to my Telegram channel. This is the only place where I link to the packs directly - all other postings include only the pack preview image (with the exception of the generic animal packs).
I saw a preview image of stickers that you never linked in the Telegram channel, where can I find them?
Some of our clients elect to not share their sticker packs, so I do not post links for all of the sticker packs we do on commission. Other commissioners elect to make their own packs, so I may not have an active link to their stickers that is usable on Telegram.
I got stickers from you and I'd like to get them animated by a third party.
We are open to this as we have decided against pursuing our own animated stickers, so email us and discuss that option!
Where do you post your finished commissions?
We try to post all of our commissioned art (barring some very small Telegram sticker packs and commissions taken under agreements of anonymity) to our FurAffinity gallery and to our Twitter.

We choose commissions based on a number of different criteria, most of which center around clarity and completeness of applications.
Things we consider when selecting applications:
- Whether the form has been fully filled-out (this is very important!)
- How clear and detailed descriptions and reference images are
- Any themes or topics prohibited by our ToS
- How many times the commissioner has applied in the past
- How well the idea/theme matches with our art style
- How many different applications we receive for different commission types
- Past experiences working with the commissioner
