How do I commission you?
I announce openings via social media (Furaffinity, Bluesky, Tumblr or Telegram). I do not have a set schedule for openings, but I try and announce them at least a day ahead of time. While I am open I will have a link to a form for you to fill out and apply.
How do you take payments?
We use invoices for all of our work. The invoice will be sent to your email and you can pay them with either a credit or debit card or a PP account.
How long do I have to pay for my commission once I've been accepted?
Invoices are sent out shortly following commission slots closing, usually within a few days. If you are accepted and receive an invoice, you will have until a certain date to pay and this date will be given at the time of the commission opening. If you cannot complete the payment before that date, your commission will be canceled.
Can I get a price quote before I commission you?
You are free to email me at any time for a quote on a future commission. If you'd like a price quote, please supply detailed specific information about your commission! If you'd like a general price range for commissions, you can also check out our prices page.
I made the queue but cannot pay by the deadline. What do I do?
If circumstances arise that would limit your ability to pay the invoice when it is due, please email me and we can try and work around it if possible. If no solution works then the commission will be canceled. I do not start on commissions until payment is received in full.
I made the queue but I cannot pay. Can I cancel?
You are allowed to cancel your commission at any point. If you have paid for it but work has not yet begun, you will receive a full refund. If we have begun work on your commission, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. Unless contacted, I will cancel any invoices that go unpaid beyond the payment date and email the commissioner to inform them of the cancellation.
I can't afford a commission - do you take payment plans?
I do not take payment plans for commissions and require payment up front.
Do you take requests?
As this is my full-time job, I do not have the resources or time to take requests.
Where can I find your commission queue?
The public queue is available on Trello.
I'd like to reach out to discuss a commission idea before applying. How can I contact you?
I keep work communication strictly to email. Please do not reach out through social media DM/PMs or through messenger clients.
I would like a commission but your site says that you're not open. Can I still commission you?
I do not take commissions outside of our opening day each month. Typically I finish a current queue of commissions before taking on more and I like to plan my schedule in advance, so I don't like taking on unexpected work.
Are commissions slots guaranteed once I've filled out the application?
No, slots are not guaranteed and are not processed as first come, first served. I choose commissions after receiving all the applications and closing the forms. Chances of being selected depends on the volume of applications during the opening. You also must have filled out the form correctly to be considered.
How do you choose commissions?
I choose commissions based on a number of different criteria, most of which center around clarity and completeness of applications.
Things we consider when selecting applications:
I understand that English is not the first language of many commissioners and I do my best to work around any grammar or spelling issues. I do not treat such issues as a negative when selecting commissions. If you believe there may be a language barrier issue when applying, please reach out!
Why do you not do first come, first served?
I receive too many forms during openings to viably use a first come, first served model. When used in the past, first come, first served openings often only lasted for only 20-30 minutes (sometimes less) and severely limited many people's ability to apply for commissions. I moved to the current method in an effort to be able to more accurately schedule out work for and to open commissions to a larger audience.
Why was my form rejected?
The majority of rejections are due to the limits of my schedule and the amount of applications received. Usually I receive far more applications than I can take in a single round of commissions, so I have to choose.
Other common reasons for rejections include missing information in the application, unusable reference images or broken links and topics or themes prohibited by our ToS.
If you'd like to know why the application was rejected, please reach out to me via email.
I filled out a form - how do I know if I made the queue or not?
If you are selected for a commission you will receive an email and invoice within a few days after commissions close. You can also check the public Trello queue to see if you are included in the queue. Please be aware that if you are not selected you will not receive an email, but you are welcome to email me if you have questions about your commission application.
When can I expect my commission will be done?
Typical turnaround time is about one month from the time you send payment. There are no set dates but you can view the status and progress of your commission through our public Trello queue. If you have any questions about the progress status of your commission please email me.
Do all commissions come with a Work in Progress (WIP)?
Higher cost commissions all automatically come with a WIP update to make sure you're happy with your commission before it is finished and to allow easy edit requests. Simple, Quick, or YCH commissions may not come with a WIP and that is usually reflected in the price of the artwork. Whether or not a commission comes with a WIP will be announced at the time of the opening. You cannot request a WIP if your commission does not come with one.
What are your work hours?
I work from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. PST/PDT to 5:00 p.m. PST/PDT. I generally take major US holidays off.
I emailed you about something, when can I expect a response?
I try to answer emails first thing in the morning, once per day. Occasionally I will check multiple times per day but I will not check or respond outside of the work hours listed above.
I've DMed you on social media about commissions but didn't see a response.
Please directly email me, as I do not actively monitor DMs or other social media for commission correspondance.
Where is the best place to get updates from you?
If you have a commission in the queue, I will email you with any updates. You are free to email me at any time with questions about your commission, or check your status in the Trello queue.
If you are looking for general updates and commission openings, the best place to find them is on Bluesky, Fur Affinity or my Telegram Channel.
The subject I want isn't specifically listed in your TOS - will you draw it?
I handle these subjects on a case-by-base basis. Feel free to email me with any questions.
Where can I get links to the Telegram stickers you make?
I post links regularly to my Telegram channel. This is the only place where I link to the packs directly - all other postings include only the pack preview image.
I saw a preview image of stickers that you never linked in the Telegram channel, where can I find them?
Some of my commissioners elect to not share their sticker packs, so I do not post links for all of the sticker packs we do on commission. Other commissioners elect to make their own packs, so I may not have an active link to their stickers that is usable on Telegram. I only post pack links that I have personally made for commissioners in my telegram channel.
I got stickers from you and I'd like to get them animated by a third party.
I am open to this as I have decided against pursuing my own animated stickers. Please email me to discuss it before commissioning someone else.
Where do you post your finished commissions?
We try to post all of our commissioned art to our FurAffinity gallery and Bluesky. Sticker pack links can be found in our Telegram Channel.

I choose commissions based on a number of different criteria, most of which center around clarity and completeness of applications.
Things we consider when selecting applications:
- Whether the form has been fully filled-out (this is very important!)
- How clear and detailed descriptions and reference images are
- Any themes or topics prohibited by my ToS
- How many times the commissioner has applied in the past
- How well the idea/theme matches with my art style
- How many different applications we receive during the opening
- Past experiences working with the commissioner
